The end of the week!
5th June 2011 Yes it’s the end of the week. It has brought a change of crew staying overnight. Pete and I have swapped with Maurice and Arthur who will continue on towards Stoke Bruerne.

4th June 2011 Today we travelled from just outside Normanton-on-Soar, finally taking us away from the flight path of East Midlands Airport to the peace and tranquillity of rural Leicestershire. On our way we passed the Soar Valley Boat Club whose members were very complimentary of Python’s new look.

3rd June 2011 Today we have gone from Nottingham all the way to Normanton-on-Soar and are prepared for tonight. However, it turns out we are pretty much under the flight path of East Midlands Airport and Pete says that there is also a flight path of geese.
