Congratulations to Tapton Lock Visitor Centre which has again been awarded a Green Flag.
This national award, handed out by the environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy, recognises and rewards the best green spaces in the country.
You may remember that we reported when it first won a Green Flag last year, click here for the story.

This is part of a double whammy, because only last week we heard that the Chesterfield Canal had been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor.

This photo shows how Tapton Lock is surrounded by roads, but when you are there, it feels as if you are in the countryside.
