Waterside is a £340 million, high quality, mixed-use, sustainable regeneration scheme being built across 16 hectares on the edge of the town centre. It is set in a canal-side environment, adjacent to the River Rother and Chesterfield Canal.
Work is progessing on the Avant Homes site and is due to begin on Basin Square this month.
