RAILWAY CANAL WALK : The ‘Cuckoo Way’ from Retford to Worksop
Join the Community Rail Partnership and Ramblers for a delightful autumnal linear walk along the ‘Cuckoo Way’ from Retford to Worksop, a most attractive section of the Chesterfield Canal, to finish at the Mallard Inn on Worksop station before catching return trains.
For a shorter walk, finish at Ranby after approx. 5 miles, for the hourly Stagecoach No.43 bus to Retford or Worksop.
Bring a packed lunch and drink.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear.
No dogs please.
