Work on Staveley Town Lock surges ahead – Concrete needed
28th August 2013 The last two weeks in August have seen a Waterway Recovery Group camp at Staveley on the Chesterfield Canal. They have been helping the Chesterfield Canal Trust’s Work Party with the building of Staveley Town Lock. Everyone working on the project is a volunteer, many giving up their holidays to help.
